Daily Confessions - Day 6

Everything is going to be Alright!

"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. " Isaiah 40: 28-31 (NIV)

Daily Confessions - Day 5

When everything around you is in CHAOS...
Think Again...
The sky has No Limits...

" "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. " ~ Isaiah 55: 8-9 (NKJV)

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths." ~ Proverbs 3: 5-6 (NLT)

"There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven.
A time to be born and a time to die.
A time to plant and a time to harvest.
A time to kill and a time to heal.
A time to tear down and a time to rebuild.
A time to cry and a time to laugh.
A time to grieve and a time to dance.
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones.
A time to embrace and a time to turn away.
A time to search and a time to lose.
A time to keep and a time to throw away.
A time to tear and a time to mend.
A time to be quiet and a time to speak up.
A time to love and a time to hate.
A time for war and a time for peace.

What do people really get for all their hard work?
I have thought about this in connection with the various kinds of work God has given people to do.
God has made everything beautiful for its own time.
He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end.
So I concluded that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to enjoy themselves as long as they can.
And people should eat and drink and enjoy the fruits of their labor, for these are gifts from God.
And I know that whatever God does is final.
Nothing can be added to it or taken from it.
God's purpose in this is that people should fear him.
Whatever exists today and whatever will exist in the future has already existed in the past.
For God calls each event back in its turn."" ~ Ecclesiastes 3: 1-15 (NLT)

Daily Confessions - Day 4

“ All things work out for the good! ”

"We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose. " ~ Romans 8:28 (Amplified Bible)

"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. " ~ Romans 8:28 (NKJV)

"That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good. " ~ Romans 8:28 (The Message)

Daily Confessions - Day 2

“Be of Good Cheer! For God Has Overcome the World!”

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." ~ John 16:33 (NKJV)

"I've told you all this so that trusting me, you will be unshakable and assured, deeply at peace. In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties. But take heart! I've conquered the world." ~ John 16:33 (The Message)

Daily Confessions - Day 1

I am introducing a new series called "Daily Confessions". I will post something to confess and mediate upon for 30 days. Hope it benefits you in one way, or another.

I am Who I am because of What I am made OF! God...

*Disclaimer!:

I DID NOT in anyway say I am made from God, made to be God, made out of God, or ranked myself among God, or self-proclaimed to be a god. I DID NOT also say I am God.

I SAID I am made OF God. I am made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). God breath a breathe of life in me (Genesis 2:7). And the Holy Spirit resides in me (1 Corinthians 6:19, John 14:16-17).

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. " ~ Genesis 1:27 (KJV)

"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. " ~ Genesis 2:7 (KJV)

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?" ~ 1 Corinthians 6:19 (KJV)

"And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever-- the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you." ~ John 14:16-17 (KJV)
